The current collection preview.
While a style is presented as a collection preview, it is not an offer of goods available to purchase. Prices, availability, colours and garment specifications will be provided when ordering becomes available. Editorial imagery shows our styling point of view; it is not a substitute for the final product details.
Product details and prices.
Please review the individual product description, measurements and price before ordering. Prices are shown in the currency available for your destination and include applicable taxes. Orders for Canada, Australia and New Zealand are priced in USD. Where another currency is available, shipping charges and complimentary-delivery thresholds are converted from the applicable USD or EUR amount described in Shipping & Delivery. The final total is displayed before you confirm payment. Import duties and import taxes for supported destinations are prepaid through our delivery partners.
Placing an order.
When ordering becomes available, please provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your selection and total before submitting it. Delivery to Brazil requires a CPF or CNPJ, and delivery to Peru requires a DNI, for customs and carrier processing. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. A collection preview or an enquiry is not an order.
Delivery, cancellations and returns.
The delivery estimates and charges are explained in Shipping & Delivery. For a change, cancellation, return or faulty item, refer to Returns & Exchanges and contact us promptly. These policies do not exclude rights that apply under consumer law.

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes. Please do not interfere with its security, misrepresent your identity or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights. The ELMUNE name, design, photography and editorial content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except where the law permits.
Responsibility and your rights.
We are responsible for performing our obligations under the contract and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
Applicable law and changes.
These terms apply subject to applicable law. They do not remove any mandatory consumer protections or access to a competent court available in your country of residence. Updates apply to future orders; the terms in force when you place an order continue to govern that order.
