Can I order now?
Yes. Every piece in the collection is available to order. Allow 3–5 business days for preparation before dispatch from China; transit times vary by destination.
How do I choose a size?
Most styles come in two sizes: Classic, the smaller option, and Relaxed, with more room. A few are offered in one size. Each product page lists flat garment measurements in centimetres and inches; some figures are approximate, so compare them with a knit you wear comfortably. These size names are not direct equivalents to US or EU sizes. For help choosing, write to service@elmune.com.
Size & Fit ↗What are the pieces made from?
Each product page describes the knit and lists the fibre composition where our maker has provided it; the care label sewn into your garment is the final reference. Many of our knits are blended yarns, chosen to hold their shape and to be easy to look after. Colours can appear slightly different from screen to screen.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is complimentary in the United States. It starts at US$15 in Canada, Australia and New Zealand, US$20 in Mexico and Peru, and US$25 in Brazil. Eligible Australian regional addresses have a US$25 standard rate. Supported European destinations have a €10–€15 standard rate. Elsewhere, standard delivery is complimentary from a merchandise total of US$129 in our other USD delivery regions, or €129 for European delivery. Where another currency is offered, the equivalent threshold applies. Express delivery is charged separately; see Shipping & Delivery for availability, rates and transit estimates.
Shipping & Delivery ↗Will I pay import duties on delivery?
Prices include applicable taxes. For our supported delivery destinations, import duties and import taxes are prepaid through our delivery partners.
Why am I asked for a tax or identity number?
For delivery to Brazil, a CPF or CNPJ is required at checkout. For delivery to Peru, a DNI is required. Please enter the recipient’s details accurately. We use this information for customs clearance and carrier delivery requirements.
How should I care for my knitwear?
Follow the care label on your individual garment. Our Care Guide covers everyday habits, including resting a knit between wears and storing it folded.

Our voluntary return service gives you 30 days from delivery to request a return. For a change of mind, you pay direct return postage; we cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Your statutory rights are separate and remain available.
