Complimentary standard delivery.
Standard delivery is complimentary on eligible orders with a merchandise total of US$129 or more for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil and Peru, or €129 or more for our supported European destinations. Where prices are shown in another currency, the threshold is the equivalent of US$129 or €129, as applicable. Express delivery is charged separately. Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.

Standard delivery is complimentary at or above the applicable threshold. Rates for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil and Peru are set in USD. European rates and the €129 threshold are set in EUR, including delivery to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Canada, Australia and New Zealand use USD prices. If you shop in another currency where offered, delivery charges and the qualifying threshold are converted from the applicable USD or EUR amount; the threshold is not 129 units of that local currency.
Where we deliver.
We deliver to eligible addresses in the destinations listed on this page. Availability varies by postcode, and some islands and remote areas are outside our delivery coverage. In Australia, metro and regional services are limited to eligible postcodes. We do not deliver to Mount Athos. Please enter your full delivery address at checkout to see the services available.
Preparing your order.
Orders are dispatched from China. Please allow 3–5 business days after payment for preparation before dispatch. Transit estimates begin after dispatch, so preparation time is additional.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Preparation takes an additional 3–5 business days. Customs checks, public holidays and transport disruptions can affect delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. In some Nordic destinations, your parcel may be delivered to a local collection point; follow the carrier’s collection instructions. The Brazil estimate of 22–35 business days already allows for additional transit delays; order preparation is still additional.
Duties and taxes.
Prices include applicable taxes. For our supported delivery destinations, import duties and import taxes are prepaid through our delivery partners.
Details needed for delivery.
For delivery to Brazil, a CPF or CNPJ is required at checkout. For delivery to Peru, a DNI is required. Please enter the recipient’s details accurately. We use this information for customs clearance and carrier delivery requirements.
